Sustainable Design

At VAI we consider sustainability in design to be a core value and responsibility. Working in collaboration with clients and consultants, VAI has effectively guided the design phases of numerous projects toward achieving appropriate credits for LEED® Certification, and in producing designs that create energy efficiencies and maximize the use of sustainable materials. Our expertise in this crucial area is showcased by a number of projects for which LEED® certification has been awarded or for which certification is currently pending.
